About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Designer based in our Barcelona office who excels at creating engaging digital experiences, combining visual design finesse with strategic thinking. You'll lead projects alongside our Creative or Design Directors, from initial concept through prototyping to final launch, comfortably balancing hands-on creative execution with client-facing responsibilities. Your work will span diverse digital projects, often including experimental and visually innovative approaches.

Qualifications

You have proven experience designing intuitive, visually impactful digital products, along with a deep understanding of design processes and user experience. You're curious about emerging technologies, comfortable exploring experimental approaches, and eager to integrate innovation into your work.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in digital design, ideally within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe).

  • Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.

  • Familiarity with motion design or prototyping tools is a strong plus.

  • Excellent English communication skills, presenting clearly to clients and teams.

  • Openness to experimenting with AI-driven tools and workflows.
