About the Role

We're looking for a Design Director based in our Barcelona office who can expertly balance hands-on design craftsmanship with strategic creative leadership. You’ll curate and elevate our team's creative output, inspire innovation, and actively engage with clients, building strong relationships to ensure productive and successful collaborations. Your role will include staying curious about emerging technologies, experimenting firsthand, and integrating new methods and fresh ideas into our projects.

Qualifications

You have a strong background in digital design and craft, complemented by proven experience leading creative teams. You're skilled at nurturing talent, guiding projects from conception to completion, and building meaningful relationships with clients. An enthusiasm for technological innovation and an experimental, hands-on approach are essential, along with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving creative landscape.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Excellent presentation skills

• Proficiency in industry-standard creative toolset (e.g. Figma, Adobe, Google Workspace)

• Motion design sensibilities and experience
